began providing community rental property services on the north side of Eau Claire in 2002. We have expanded our footprint to cover most of Eau Claire and part of Altoona!

Our staff takes a personal interest in these communities. Over the years we have sponsored community thrift sales, provided halloween events for the children of community members, and personally delivered gift bags for all units during the holiday season.

Stop in and grab a cold beverage and a welcome treat, especially in July and August. During the fall and winter, the coffee is always on too. We look forward to developing a relationship with you!
