Do you offer Month-Month Rentals?
A: No. Graystone Management does not offer month to month rentals.
Q:
Do you allow sub-leasing?
A: No. Graystone Management will allow you to break your lease and can work with you to find a new renter. Please call for details regarding this type of situation.
Q:
Do you accept cash to pay for monthly rent?
A: No. Graystone Management will only accept checks or certified checks. Cash and credit cards are not accepted.
Q:
Are Utilities included?
A: Graystone Management serves a variety of properties, and in most cases utilities are not covered. Utilites are paid directly by the tenant to the City of Eau Claire/City of Altoona, Xcel Energy, Boxx Sanitation, etc.
Q:
Are Pets Allowed?
A: No. Graystone Management does not allow cats, dogs, fish, etc. Even visiting pets are not allowed.
Q:
Does Graystone provide lawn mowing, snowblowing, etc?
A: Yes. All outdoor maintenance is kept up by Graystone Management or a contractor hired by Graystone Management.
Q:
Is smoking allowed?
A: No. There is to be no smoking in any of Graystone Management’s Properties. Smoking done outside must be a minimum of 50 feet from the property.
Q:
What is the cost of an application?
A: Applications are filled out online through the Graystone Management website and are $25.00.
Q:
Who has to fill out an application?
A: Any adult (18+) that will be living in the unit needs to fill out an application.
Q:
Does Graystone Management accept Housing Applicants?
A: Yes. In most cases we require a co-signer as well.
